The property is currently void of any structural development. The northern 8.44 acres of the parcel is currently zoned Low Density Residential District 1 and has submitted Development Engineering Plans to subdivide into single-family residential lots (File #24PL005). The southern 31.56 acres of the property that is proposed to be rezoned from General Agricultural District to Low Density Residential District 1 will also be subdivided into single-family residential lots in future phases.
