The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to create four residential lots on the property located northeast of Reservoir Road and Lamb Road. The proposed development is being created from a non-transferable balance that is 240 acres in size. The property is outside of the City limits but within the City’s three-mile platting jurisdiction and is currently void of structural development. A Preliminary Subdivision Plan is a tentative plan of a proposed subdivision requiring the installation of public improvements. Approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan by City Council is required before an applicant can proceed with Development Engineering Plans and a Final Plat application for all or part of the area within the Preliminary Subdivision Plan application.
