The applicant has submitted a Conditional Use Permit to allow an oversized garage at 2150 Skyline Ranch Road. The property consists of 3.02 acres of land zoned Park Forest District that consists of a single family structure. The existing house consist of 4,434 square feet with an attached garage of 1,286¬ square feet. The applicant is proposing to construct a 52-foot by 74-foot detached accessory structure with 3,596 gross square feet. The accessory structure consists of 3,154 square feet dedicated for garage space, 396 square feet dedicated to an exercise room, and 36 square feet dedicated to a bathroom, and 36 square feet dedicated to closet space. A 15-foot overhead door for vehicle access will be located on the western wall facing the existing dirt turnaround. A man door will be located at grade along the western wall.
