Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant has submitted a Rezoning request to change the zoning designation of the property currently addressed as 390 Creek Drive from General Commercial District to Mobile Home Residential District. The property currently consists of a single-family dwelling, a detached garage, and two outbuildings and is being used to temporarily store mobile homes for the east adjacent mobile home park. A Preliminary Subdivision Plan (File #23PL082) was submitted in conjunction with this request to plat the property into an 8.71-acre lot. Creek Drive is proposed to extend along the west property line as part of the proposed plat. Once the property is rezoned and platted the applicant intends to remove the existing structures and develop the property as a mobile home park.
