The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to subdivide the property currently addressed as 120 N. Cambell Street into two lots. The proposed development will be known as Lots 1 and 2 of Cornford Subdivision and will be 1.76 acres and 1.82 acres in size, respectively. The subject property is located east of the intersection of N. Cambell Street and E. Chicago Street. Proposed Lot 2 is developed with a retail store and proposed Lot 1 is vacant. A Preliminary Subdivision Plan is a tentative plan of a proposed subdivision requiring the installation of public improvements. Approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan by City Council is required before an applicant can proceed with Development Engineering Plans and a Final Plat application for all or part of the area within the Preliminary Subdivision Plan application.
