The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to create 156 residential lots and two drainage lots on the property located east of Reservoir Road and north of Bridge Drive. The proposed lots will range from 0.1 acres to 0.99 acres in size and will be known as Ennen Subdivision. The property is located outside of the City limits but within the City’s three-mile platting jurisdiction. The subject property is 38.06 acres in size and is currently undeveloped. A Preliminary Subdivision Plan is a tentative plan of a proposed subdivision requiring the installation of public improvements. Approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan by City Council is required before an applicant can proceed with Development Engineering Plans and a Final Plat application for all or part of the area within the Preliminary Subdivision Plan application.
