Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to create two residential lots and a drainage lot, leaving an unplatted balance. These lots are being developed from the unplatted balance located southeast of the future extensions of East Anamosa Street and Valley Drive. The lots will range from 1.8 acres to 5.46 acres in size. The proposed development will be known as Lots 1, 2, and Drainage Lot A of Block 16 of Shepherd Hills South Subdivision. The property is located southeast of East Anamosa Street and Valley Drive and is currently undeveloped. A Preliminary Subdivision Plan is a tentative plan of a proposed subdivision requiring the installation of public improvements. Approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan by City Council is required before an applicant can proceed with Development Engineering Plans and a Final Plat application for all or part of the area within the Preliminary Subdivision Plan application.
