Through resolution No. 2020-065, the City Council declared City-owned property 627 Saint Cloud Street surplus.
Staff is seeking City Council approval for the Community Devleopment Director, Vicki Fisher, to sign real estate service agreements, closing documents, and other related documents pertianing to the sale of 627 Saint Cloud Street. Such services shall not exceed $7,000.00. The property is listed for sale with Centurty 21 ClearView Realty.
