The applicant has submitted a Conditional Use Permit to allow off-sale liquor in conjunction with an existing service establishment at 2808 Sheridan Lake Road. The subject property is comprised of 1.14 acres of land zoned Neighborhood Commercial District and consists of a convenience store, gas canopy, and a car wash. The convenience store currently sells beer for consumption off-site and previously contained a package liquor license which was transferred to another facility within the City. The store is 2,350 square feet in size and the liquor products will be located in a display cabinet behind the cashier counter and is only accessible to the store employees. The store is open 24 hours a day seven days a week and liquor will be sold between 7:00 am to 12:00 am seven days a week. Liquor sales for consumption off the premises is a Conditional Use in the Neighborhood Commercial District.
