The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to create two residential lots. The lots will be sized 17.77 acres and 16.92 acres, respectively, and will be known as Lots 1 and 2 of JZ Estates. The property is located outside of the City limits but within the City’s three-mile platting jurisdiction. More specifically, the property is located in directly east of the intersection of Marie Lane and Roland Drive, off of Neck Yoke Road. Proposed Lot 1 and 2 are void of any structural development.
