Agenda Item Summary:
Staff is seeking City Council approval for the Mayor and Finance Director to sign two copies of the FY21 Community Development Block Grant Subrecipient Contract & one copy of the Indenture of Restrictive Covenants for Black Hills Works, Inc.
CDBG funds will be used to renovate two entrances to ADA standards, and replace an exterior wall and concrete retaining wall.
