Staff is seeking City Council approval for the Mayor and Finance Director to sign two copies of the FY20 CDBG-CV Community Development Block Grant Low/Moderate-Income Subrecipient Contract for United Way of the Black Hills.
CDBG funds will be used to reimburse childcare providers for eligible expenses such as personal protective equipment (PPE), cleaning supplies, increased staffing costs (including salaries, wages, and fringe benefits), increased food costs, increased travel costs, and other increased or additional costs related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
