The written statement submitted with the application notes that the purpose of the fence is to improve quality of life by reducing light, noise, and damage caused by stray golf balls. The property is zoned Medium Density Residential District within the Canyon Lake Overlay zone. Adjacent property to the north, east, and west sharing the same zoning designation as the subject property.
