The applicant has submitted a Rezoning request to change the zoning designation from General Agricultural District to Medium Density Residential District for a portion of a parcel of land approximately 2.24 acres in size. The property is currently void of any structural development. The applicant has also submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan application (#21PL069) to create two lots to be known as Lots 1 and 2 of Block 6 Kateland Subdivision. The subject property is a part of proposed Lot 1. Please note that the northern portion of proposed Lot 1 is currently zoned Medium Density Residential District.
