Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to reconfigure an existing lot and an unplatted balance creating two lots. The lots will be sized 5.87 acres and 40.75 acres, respectively and will be known as Lots A and B of Palmer Subdivision No. 2. The property is located outside of the City limits but within the City’s three-mile platting jurisdiction. More specifically, the property is located approximately 2,250 feet north of the intersection of Palmer Road and Nemo Road, on the west side of Palmer Road. Currently, a single-family residence, barn and two smaller out buildings are located on proposed Lot A. In addition, two barns and four smaller miscellaneous out buildings are located on proposed Lot B.
