The applicant has submitted a Planned Development Designation Revocation for one lot located in the Big Sky Business Park. The majority of the lot is zoned Medium Density Residential District with the remainder zoned as Office Commercial District. The property is currently void of any structural development. Any future development must comply with all land area regulations. The subject property was annexed on May 15, 2002. At the time, it was zoned as No-Use. On November 4, 2002, the City approved a Rezoning request from No-Use to Medium Density Residential District for the majority of the property and Office Commercial for a small portion on the western side of the property. This was done in conjunction with Planned Development Designations.
