Agenda Item Summary:
This is a request for an Initial Planned Development Overlay to allow an expansion of the Pennington County Care Campus to include a 14,000 square foot building for a Crisis Care Facility. The new use will accommodate a maximum of 16 patients and 8 – 10 staff members at any given time. Two previous Planned Developments have been approved for this property over the last five years. This application requests five new exceptions for parking, setbacks, setback encroachment, and encroachment into the alley. Staff recommends approving the request with the stipulations noted in the staff report
