Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant has submitted a Rezoning request to change the zoning designation from General Commercial District to Office Commercial District for two lots totaling 2.69 acres located on the west side of Neel Street in Big Sky Business Park. The adjacent lots to the south and east are zoned Office Commercial District and developed accordingly. Currently, the subject property is void of structural development. The Future Land Use Plan designates this lot and the adjacent lots as Mixed Use Commercial. As such, rezoning the property to Office Commercial District is in compliance with the City’s adopted Comprehensive Plan.
