Staff is seeking City Council approval for the Mayor and Finance Director to sign the City of Rapid City and Black Hills Council of Local Governments (BHCOLG) Performance Contract.
The CDBG Program Division wishes to contract with BHCOLG to perform a portion of CDBG program administrative requirements to include completing Environmental Reviews and providing Davis-Bacon monitoring and briefings
