The applicant has submitted a Conditional Use Permit to allow an on-sale liquor establishment in conjunction with the Roosevelt Park Ice Arena in conjunction with adult hockey league and minor league games. In particular, the Parks Department is proposing a small beer garden to operate during adult and minor league hockey games. The proposed hours of operation for the minor league hockey are Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. For the adult hockey league, the proposed days are Wednesdays and Sundays from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Drinks will be limited to two per person. Players are typically between 18-20 years old. The property is located at 235 Waterloo Street and is developed with a park, swim center, and hockey arena.
