Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant has submitted a Conditional Use Permit to allow an on-sale liquor establishment in conjunction with an entertainment center. Particularly, the applicant, “Decory’s Entertainment Company”, is located in Dakota Market Square on the southwest corner of the intersection of East North Street and North Cambell Street. The entertainment center includes a restaurant with seating, three escape rooms, an archery tag area, and an axe-throwing venue. The axe-throwing venue will be caged in chain link and drinks will be monitored and safety procedures implemented to ensure compliance with the operations plan. The hours of operation are: Monday thru Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Friday from 11:00 a.m. to midnight; Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to midnight; and, Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
