The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to plat two unplatted parcels creating two residential lots with no increase in existing density. The lots are to be sized 10 acres and 12.77 acres, respectively, and are to be known as Lots 1 and 2 of JN Subdivision. The property is located outside of the City limits of Rapid City but within the City’s three-mile platting jurisdiction. In particular, the property is located directly east of the intersection of Red Deer Road and Nemo Road, on the east side of Nemo Road. Currently a single-family residence and accessory structure is located on each of the proposed lots.
