The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan application to subdivide an existing platted lot into two residential lots. The lots will be sized 11.795 acres and 27.526 acres, respectively, and are to be known as Lots A and B of Jundt Subdivision. The property is located approximately 3/4 mile south of the intersection of S/D. Highway 44 and Bradsky Road, on the east side of Bradsky Road. Currently, a single-family residence and shed are located on proposed Lot A. Lot B is void of any structural development.
