The proposed development is a part of the North Valley Park Subdivision. The applicant has also submitted a Rezoning request (File #20RZ031) to change the zoning designation on a 3.789-acre portion of proposed Lot 1 from General Agriculture District to Light Industrial District. The northern portion of the property is currently zoned Light Industrial District and the southern portion of the property is zoned General Agriculture District. The property is located southeast of the intersection of N. Creek Drive and Eglin Street. Currently, the property is void of any structural development.
