The applicant has submitted a Rezoning request to change the zoning designation from Planned Unit Development to General Commercial District for two adjacent parcels of land which total approximately 7.53 acres in size. The properties are located north of I-90 on the west side of North Elk Vale Road, at 2233 and 2341 Elk Vale Road. Currently, the northern property (2341 N. Elk Vale Road) is developed with an approximately 6,000 square foot auto repair shop. The southern property (2233 N. Elk Vale Road) is developed with an approximately 28,000 square foot vacant commercial structure.
