Section 11-6-18.2 SDCL requires that a summary of the action of the City Council on a Comprehensive Plan Amendment shall be prepared by the City Planning Commission, reviewed by the City Attorney, published once in the official newspaper, and take effect on the twentieth day after publication.------------------------------------The applicant has submitted an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to revise the Rapid City Future land Use Plan. This will include changes to the Future Land Use designation of several areas throughout Rapid City.
