The applicant has submitted a Vacation of Right-of-Way application for a 40 foot wide portion of East Boulevard right-of-way located northeast of the intersection of East Boulevard and East Main Street adjacent to 108 East Main Street. This portion of right-of-way is currently developed with a sidewalk. East Boulevard is identified as a Principal Arterial Street on the City’s Major Street Plan requiring a minimum right-of-way width of 100 feet. The proposed Vacation of Right-of-Way will maintain approximately 144 feet of right-of-way width.
