The applicant has submitted a Variance request to reduce required off-street parking from 13 spaces to 4 spaces for a commercial building for the property located at 2020 West Omaha Street. The subject property is approximately 0.45 acres in size and is zoned General Commercial District. The existing building is currently used as a law office and is accessed via West Omaha Street. The South Dakota Department of Transportation has submitted this request on behalf of the current property owner as part of the State’s construction project located at the intersection of Mountain View Road and West Omaha Street (South Dakota Highway 44).
