The applicant has indicated that the property will be developed in three phases as follows: Phase One-7 lots, Phase Two-6 lots and Phase Three-10 lots. The property is located approximately 1,350 feet south of Lamb Road at the southern terminus of Kimberwick Road. Currently, the property is void of any structural development.
