The applicant has submitted a Final Planned Development Overlay to construct the second phase of the West Hills Village expansion to include three duplexes located on the northeast corner of the intersection of 5th Street and Nebraska Street. On April 7, 2016, the Planning Commission approved an Initial Planned Development Overlay (File #16PD012) to expand the assisted living center. The duplex development was identified as a future phase requiring a Final Planned Development Overlay. Currently, the five properties are developed with single-family dwellings and duplexes
