Agenda Item Summary:
The State of South Dakota awarded $12,300 to the City of Rapid City Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) to update its Preservation Plan which was last revised in 2009. The Community Development Department Historic Preservation Fund has $10,000 budgeted to assist with the completion of this project. The HPC is requesting Qualifications and Statements of Interest from Qualified Firms to assist with the development of this Plan Update.
