The applicant has submitted a Variance request to reduce the minimum required front setback from 35 feet to 5 feet for an above ground water meter enclosure. The proposed structure is an above-ground water meter facility intended to serve the Golden Acres Mobile Home Park with 104 residential units. The proposed facility is intended to replace a below-ground water meter vault in the same location that is outdated and in need of replacement. The proposed facility is approximately 9.5 feet high and 140 square feet in area. The facility will utilize existing incoming and outgoing water lines that service the mobile home park.
