The remainder of the property will remain zoned General Agricultural District. The applicant has also submitted a Comprehensive Plan Amendment (#18CA003) to change the future land use designation from Low Density Neighborhood to Urban Neighborhood and a Preliminary Subdivision Plan (#18PL094). The property is located north of the intersection of Seger Drive and Mall Drive. Currently, the property is void of any structural development.
