Agenda Item Summary:
The rezone application from No Use District to Medium Density Residential District was associated with the pending annexation of the Prairie Acres South Mobile Home Park. On May 21, 2018 the City Council did not approve the Resolution of Intent to annex the property. As such, the City withdraws the rezoning application. The Council meeting minutes are attached to the Staff Memo.
