The applicant has submitted a Rezoning request to change the zoning designation from General Commercial District to Medium Density Residential District for a parcel of land approximately 2.52 acres in size. The applicant has also submitted a Comprehensive Plan Amendment (#18CA001) to change the future land use designation from Mixed-Use Commercial to Urban Neighborhood and an Initial Planned Development Overlay (#18PD019) to allow an apartment complex. The property is located approximately 300 feet north of the intersection of La Crosse Street and Omaha Street. Currently, the property is void of any structural development.
