The applicant has submitted a Final Planned Development Overlay to allow an apartment development. Specifically, the applicant is proposing to construct a 24 unit, three story apartment building. The property is the third phase of construction in the development plans and is located directly east of the previous two phases of development. The first two approved phases allowed for the construction of similarly designed 2 story apartment buildings The property is located northwest of the intersection of E. Minnesota Street and Cambell Street. The property is currently zoned Office Commercial District, which allows for multi-family residential units as a permitted use in the district. Currently, the property is void of any structural development.
