Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant has submitted a Major Amendment to a Planned Development to expand a nursing home facility as a part of the Good Samaritans Skilled Nursing Facility. In particular, the applicant is proposing to add another 30 skilled nursing beds as Phase Four for the facility. The previous three phases of the development allowed for 32 assisted living units, 42 senior apartments, townhomes, 30 skilled nursing beds and support spaces for the skilled nursing facility. The expansion will be located on the north side of the existing nursing home facility and will be a one story structure, designed to match the existing building. The applicant is also proposing to construct 46 additional paved parking spaces as a part of this phase of the development. No Zoning Exceptions have been requested.
