The applicant has submitted a Major Amendment to a Planned Development to construct a building for Pennington County Services. In particular, the applicant is proposing a two phased development. Phase I includes a 13,200 square foot building with a clinic area, an area for fleet vehicles, and storage. Phase II includes an 11,000 square foot building addition for warehousing. The applicant is not requesting any Exceptions from the Zoning Ordinance. The property is located northeast of the intersection of Jess Street and Kermit Lane. The property is currently void of any structural development.
