Agenda Item Summary:
The ordinance increases the maximum size and maximum height of off-premises signs along Interstate 90 and removes the need for conditional use review for work to an existing off-premises sign, retaining the conditional use review for new signs. These ordinance amendments are being submitted to the Planning Commission for its recommendation, and ultimately to the Council for its approval, pursuant to a settlement agreement entered into between the City and Epic Outdoor Advertising.
