In particular, the applicant is proposing to construct an 8,400 square foot, two-story bank and coffee shop. The proposed bank and coffee shop will both have drive-thru windows. No Exceptions are being requested as a part of this application. The applicant has also submitted a Rezoning request (File #17RZ038) to change the land use designation from Low Density Residential District to General Commercial District. Currently, the property is void of structural development.
