In particular, the applicant is proposing to expand an existing casino into the adjacent suite adding 1,156 square feet. There are only two suites in the building and the existing casino is proposing to expand into the second suite. The hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. seven days a week. The applicant is not proposing to expand the structure or add any new signage.
