The applicant has submitted a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a child care center on the subject property which is approximately 1.19 acres in size and zoned General Commercial District. The proposed child care center, known as a Restored Life Outreach Church, will provide care for up to 20 children with five full and part-time staff. The hours of operation will be 24 hours a day seven days a week to assist with families that have non-traditional working hours.
