The applicant has indicated that future development of the property will include securing an access and utility easement and constructing access from Dyess Avenue across an adjacent property to meet the minimum design standards of an industrial street. In addition, water will be extended along the easement to serve the property. The applicant also indentified that long term, gravity sewer will be extended from Dyess Avenue for approximately 400 feet.
