Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant has submitted a Rezoning request to change the zoning designation from General Commercial District to Office Commercial District for a parcel of land approximately 2.5 acres in size. The Future Land Use Plan identifies the appropriate use of the property as Mixed-Use Commercial in a Revitalization Corridor. Rezoning the property to Office Commercial District is in compliance with the City’s adopted Comprehensive Plan. The applicant has also submitted a Planned Development Revocation (File #17PD032) request and a Preliminary Subdivision Plan (File #17PL067) to create three lots with the subject property identified as proposed Lot 3A.
