The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to reconfigure two unplatted properties, creating two platted lots. The common property line between the two properties is being reconfigured to create improved building envelopes on both lots. The proposed lots are sized 5.529 acres and 5.904 acres, respectively, and are to be known as Lot 1 and 2 of Skyline Ranch Subdivision. The property is located west of the intersection of Tower Road and Skyline Drive at the northern terminus of JW Gould Memorial Drive. The property is currently void of any structural development.
