The Final Planned Development Overlay approved a single-family residential development. A townhome development is allowed in the Low Density Residential District in a Planned Development. The applicant has indicated that future expansion to the north will consist of a townhome development. The applicant is also requesting an Exception to reduce the minimum required front yard setback from 25 feet to 20 feet.
