The applicant has submitted a Final Planned Development Overlay to allow a single-family residential development. The proposed development is Phase 3A of Prairie Meadows Subdivision. A future Phase 3B will require the review and approval of a Final Planned Development Overlay. On June 20, 2017, a Final Plat (File #17PL055) was approved to create 30 residential lots. The proposed Final Planned Development encompasses those 30 lots. The applicant is not requesting any Exceptions from the Zoning Ordinance.
