The applicant has submitted a Final Planned Development Overlay to construct a hotel in the General Commercial District. In particular, the applicant is proposing to construct a four story 102 room hotel and is requesting the following Exceptions: an Exception to allow a height of 50 feet in lieu of the maximum allowed height of 45 feet and an Exception to allow a parking aisle width of 24 feet in lieu of 26 feet. The property is currently void of any structural development.
