Agenda Item Summary:
Section 11-6-18.2 SDCL requires that a summary of the action of the City Council on a Comprehensive Plan Amendment shall be prepared by the City Planning Commission, reviewed by the City Attorney, published once in the official newspaper, and take effect on the twentieth day after publication. Robbinsdale Park is a 107 acre community park that is partially built atop a reclaimed landfill site which requires certain development guidelines and restrictions. The Robbinsdale Park Master Plan was commissioned by the City of Rapid City to identify community supported projects and to guide project funding and future development of Robbinsdale Park over the next 15 to 25 years.
