The applicant has submitted this Vacation of Right-of-Way application for a portion of the alley right-of-way located north of Main Street and between 2nd Street and 3rd Street. The applicant has submitted an associated Final Planned Development (File #16PD018) to construct a bank and drive through teller lanes to be located on property north and south of the existing alley. The proposed design of the site includes the redesign and repurposing of the existing alley to function as a circulation aisle for customers.
